The Motors Are Constant Speed (Ac), Totally Enclosed, And Require 230/460/3/60 Input As Standard. No Motor Starters Included. Conditioning Auger Motor Is 3 Hp. Hp Rating May Change Based On Engineering Review. The Bin Discharger Feeder Incorporates A Square Inlet Flange (48" X 48" Id) For Direct Attachment To A Storage Bin, Hopper Or Silo. Flexible Connections Are Not Required On Either Inlet Or Outlet. Surfaces Which Contact Product Will Be Constructed Of Mild Steel. The Metering Auger And Discharge Cylinder Are Constructed Of 304 Stainless Steel. The Metering Auger Is Solid Flight And Seal Welded. It Includes A Downspout Mounted End Bearing For Support. The Dimension From The Centerline Of The Inlet Of The Bdf To The Centerline Of The Outlet Of The Downspout Is 3'-10" (Length May Change Based On Engineering Review) Seal Housing (Internal Portion) Is Constructed Of 304 Stainless Steel. All Internal Welds Are Continous And Ground Smooth. The Feeder Is Totall Rugged And Virtually Silent In Operation. The Feeder Includes White Neoprene Gasketing And Is Completely Dust Tight. All Non-Stainless Steel Surfaces Will Be Painted Non-Toxic, Usda /Fda Approved White Enamel. Feeder Downspout Included, Metering Auger Driven By A Variable Speed, Totally Enclosed Ac 7.5 Hp Motor, Suitable For Variable Frequency Drive. Hp Rating May Change Based On Engineering Review
